Aon's International Retirement & Investment team runs a series of webinars on key local topics around the world. The purpose is to help those involved in governing, managing and overseeing retirement plans in multiple countries to understand hot local retirement topics and key changes in local legislation. They are aimed at both Finance and HR contacts.
Our next webinar will focus on Switzerland. The session will explore the impact of current financial markets on the accounting, funding and investment of Swiss plans; retirement trends including changes to conversion factors, risk management (including buy-out and collective foundations); and the latest on Section 1e DC plans for high earners.
The session will be chaired by Colin Haines (Partner, International Retirement). Colin will be joined by local leaders from Aon's Switzerland Retirement & Investment business, including Willi Thurnherr (Country CEO), Phillippe Luethy (Head of Investment) and senior members of our funding, actuarial and benefit design teams.
