The Pensions Regulator’s new General Code of Practice gives pension schemes the details required to start planning for their first Own Risk Assessment (ORA). Our latest In Depth publication considers the requirements of the new ORA. Although most schemes will have 2 to 3 years to complete their first ORA, considering this now will help shape your approach to assessing risk and the effectiveness of your policies and processes, as well as helping allocate appropriate resource to the Risk Management Function.

The DWP is consulting on the principles for expanding the existing Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) regulations, covering single-employer schemes, to allow wider forms of CDC schemes to exist.
